How personal data is handled

What the form transmits

Sending the form transmits the name you enter, the contact you give and the message fields: the entry concerned, the change you suggest, the page that shows it and how you know the place. The address and language of the page you sent it from are included. One hidden field is there only to catch spam robots.

How messages are used

A form service keeps the messages until the next revision, when they are read together. They serve only to check reports and correct entries; a reply goes out only when one was asked for and a contact was left. Names and contacts are not published, sold or handed to the club, school or organiser concerned; a correction on the site describes the change, never who sent it.

Counting visits

A small script served from this domain counts page views. It stores nothing on your device and cannot follow you to other websites. For each view it notes the page address, the referring page, and the browser, device type and country the request reveals; the figures are only looked at as totals.

No third-party content

There are no advertisements, social media buttons or outside trackers, and no fonts, maps or images fetched from other servers. Links to sources and map services lead to other sites with their own privacy rules. The hosting provider handles technical data such as IP addresses only as far as delivering the pages requires.

Your rights under the GDPR

You can ask for a message you sent to be corrected or deleted, and for information on what is stored about it: send the form again with the same name and contact and say what you want. This is done in the form service at the next reading of messages. You may also complain to a data protection authority, in Hesse the Hessischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (HBDI), or to the authority where you live.
