Clubs that meet on Tuesday 9

Tuesday is the evening of several long-established clubs on both sides of the Main. In Frankfurt, SC Bergen-Enkheim 1922 plays in a club room of the Stadthalle Bergen, with training from six, the TG Bornheim chess players gather in the club restaurant of the Turngemeinde on Berger Straße, and the Blindenschachklub Frankfurt opens its playing room to visitors from half past four. SC 1979 Hattersheim fills the Alter Posthof in three shifts: children first, then youth, then adults.

In Wiesbaden the Schachverein 1885 meets in its club house by the Biebrich palace park after an hour of youth training, and in Mainz the TSG Bretzenheim chess department uses the stage hall of its club house, children from half past six and adults from eight. SK Eberstadt 1924 plays in the Haus der Vereine in Darmstadt-Eberstadt, SK 1927 Dieburg at its club restaurant, and SF Heusenstamm hold a rapid tournament on the last Tuesday of each month that non-members may enter.
